“Ghost Rider” is a supernatural action film that tells the story of Johnny Blaze, a talented motorcycle stunt rider who makes a desperate deal with a demon to save the life of his dying father. In his moment of fear and weakness, Johnny sells his soul to Mephistopheles, believing that the sacrifice is worth it. Although his father survives, Johnny soon learns that the price of the bargain is far darker than he ever imagined.
Years later, Johnny becomes the Ghost Rider, a terrifying spirit of vengeance with a flaming skull and a hellfire motorcycle. By night, he is cursed to hunt down evil souls and punish those who deserve retribution. During the day, he struggles to live a normal life, haunted by guilt and fear of losing control. His transformation is both physical and emotional, as he battles the constant presence of the demon inside him.

When Blackheart, the rebellious son of Mephistopheles, arrives on Earth, the danger becomes even greater. Blackheart searches for a powerful ancient contract that contains thousands of stolen souls. If he succeeds, he will gain enough power to overthrow his father and plunge the world into darkness. Johnny, guided by a mysterious caretaker named Carter Slade, learns that he is not alone and that there have been Riders before him who fought similar battles.
As the conflict escalates, Johnny is forced to face not only Blackheart and his demonic followers, but also his own fears. He reconnects with Roxanne, the woman he once loved and left behind in order to protect her. Through her, he begins to rediscover his humanity and realize that his curse can also be a form of justice. This emotional struggle gives him the strength to resist the demon’s control.

In the final confrontation, Johnny battles Blackheart in a violent and supernatural showdown. Using the full power of the Ghost Rider and the legendary Penance Stare, he turns Blackheart’s stolen souls against him and destroys his physical form. When Mephistopheles returns to claim Johnny’s soul, Johnny defies him, refusing to hand over the contract or surrender his will.
The film ends with Johnny embracing his fate rather than running from it. He chooses to remain the Ghost Rider, not as a servant of evil, but as a guardian who punishes the wicked and protects the innocent. Alone on his burning motorcycle, he rides off into the darkness, accepting that while he can never live a normal life, he can give purpose to his curse.
